Packages listed below are guidelines and are always available to be customized for your wedding.  Before selecting a package, a complimentary one-hour meet and greet session is suggested so we can get to know each other’s personality.  Please refer to the bottom of the page for more information on packages and services.

Brainstorming Session

This package is available anytime & for anyone who needs a “pick me up” during the planning process.  This package is perfect for helping sidetracked couples get headed back in the right direction or will help to get your ideas focused so you may be more productive in your planning.

~        3 hour session to gain ideas and clarity for your wedding

~        Organize your binder to help you be more efficient

~        If you book a package following a brainstorming session, the cost will be applied towards the package

Save Me Please!

Didn’t get all the details covered?  Need more help than you thought?  This package covers last minute details and running necessary errands (up to 10 hours).  This package includes a Wedding Director and is just what the planner ordered for wedding emergencies.  Save Me Please! is only available to couples who are 30 days from their wedding date and have not had a prior consultation.

Wedding Director (Day of Coordination)

This is for the couple who has booked all of the vendors and wants a professional touch to make the long awaited day spectacular.  Don’t let all of your hard work fall apart on wedding day because no one is there to execute your vision and work.  Dance the night away, entertain your guests and let us handle the work.  This package may be booked up to 6 weeks before the big day.

~        Initial consultation – 2 hours

~        Final consultation – 1 hour (recap meeting)

~        Reconfirm with all vendors

~        Detailed wedding schedule mailed to vendors and wedding party members

~        Direct rehearsal, ceremony, reception

~        Ensure wedding party is aware of their roles

~        Limited decorating

~        Distribute final vendor payments

~        Oversee all vendor deliveries

~        Confirm all documents are in place (license, rings, etc…)

~        Assist with photo sessions

~        Pin boutonnières and corsages

~        Coordinate gift collection and ensure your guest book, toasting glasses, and personal items are collected following ceremony and reception

Wedding Consultant

Take charge!  The Consultant package is made for those couples who want to be in control of the wedding planning and has a great understanding of exactly what they want.  A consultant works with you to fine tune the details and manage up to three components for you.  You can relax on wedding day and know your Consultant will manage your day to your specifications.  The Wedding Consultant package is available up to 6 months before your wedding.

~        Customized binder full of information, timelines, checklists

~        Wedding favor assembly

~        Manage 1-3 of the wedding components (see A la Carte)

~        Monthly meetings (1-2 hours each)

~        15 hours of phone consultations

~        Vendor referrals – all referrals are made with your budget and personality in mind

~        Schedule vendor appointments and attend as necessary

~        Assist w seating charts, place cards, and programs

Wedding Planner (Full-Service Planning)

Organization not your forte?  Just got engaged and feeling a bit anxious about the year of planning ahead?  Don’t fret!  A Wedding Planner will manage the entire process so you can relax, take part in planning, and yes…HAVE FUN!  This full-service package is booked nine or more months before the wedding and allows busy couples the freedom to live their lives yet play a role in the planning process.  This package includes a 2^nd coordinator the weekend of your wedding.

~        Everything included in the Consultant package

~        Track invitations

~        Assist with selecting color, theme, and style of wedding

~        Unlimited phone/email consultations and advice (some on-site at wedding locations)

~        Prepare customized budget with payment schedule

~        Manage checklists, wedding binder, and schedule

~        Assist with selection and booking of all wedding components/vendors

~        Manage 9 to12 of the wedding components (see A la Carte)

~        Attend all vendor meetings

~        Decorate honeymoon suite

~        Decorate ceremony and reception site

~        Use of small rentals (arch, lights, candles, card box, centerpieces, etc…)

~        Continuous monitoring of budget

~        Assistance with one additional wedding related party

~        Coordinate guest accommodations and gift baskets

A la Carte Options

~        Consultations: $55/hour (one hour minimum)

~        Single component management (flowers, reception hall, cake, ceremony, photography/videography, rehearsal dinner, music, catering, etc…): $150-400 each

~        Ceremony direction only (includes rehearsal): $250

~        Reception direction only: $400

~        Rentals: varies-please ask

~        Running errands: $60/hour (billed at exact time)

~        Assistance with related wedding events (engagement party, rehearsal dinner, golf outings, guest brunches, etc…): $150 each if booked with a package.  Otherwise $150-400each.

~        Honeymoon planning: $250 national, $350+ international

~        Managing guest accommodations and gift baskets: $250 (up to 30 rooms)

~        Personalized Wedding binder (includes budget, timeline, storage space, advice, task lists, assignment lists, checklists, and MUCH MORE): $225

~        Detailed wedding schedule mailed to vendors and wedding party members: $100

~        Writing scripts for speeches: $25 each

~        Engagement/wedding announcements: $20 + newspaper’s costs

~        Envelope addressing and stuffing (printed or handwritten): $1/envelope+ postage

~        Guest list/RSVP management: $100

~        Gift and thank you card management: $150 + cost of stationary

~        Favor assembly: $1 - $5/favor

The details, details, details and Pricing

A non-refundable deposit of $250 applies to all packages.

The recommended time frames are guidelines.  If you book a package with less than the recommended timeframe, a 15% charge will apply to the package price.

Please note-the Wedding Planner package includes a 2^nd coordinator on-site.  If you prefer a 2^nd coordinator, an additional $175 charge applies.

An additional coordinator is required when the ceremony and reception are in two different locations and/or the wedding has over 150 attendees.

Package prices will adjust due to the anticipated budget and the size of the wedding.
